As of Aug.2011, Blue Themic is now completely free to use.
To make the software registered and get rid of nag messages just do the following:
Instal and run the software,
Open "Registration" window from "Help" menu
Type FREE USER in the name field and V167BPOBCOEO in the code field
Click OK to complete registration.
